Signing off an Analysis will make the Analysis locked from further editing. Sign off Analysis when you want that nobody can edit it. Editing can be allowed again by just removing the sign off from the Analysis.
If you are an user with Supervisor-user rights, you can sign off any Analysis.
To sign off an Analysis, just click Sign Off-button and click OK to the confirmation message. Analysis which is signed off cannot be edited by any user.
To remove sign off from the Analysis, click again Sign Off-button. Analysis which is not signed off can be edited by users who has Full Edit or Limited Edit user rights in the Project.
When Analysis has been signed off, the sign-off button is On.
When Analysis has not been signed off, the sign-off button is Off.
On Projects-page, under Analysis list you can see which Analysis is signed off (APPROVED) and which not (UNSUPERVISED)
