ModelTree version 2.7.2 and later
This instrument allows you to create premises manually in the ModelTree Rent Roll. The instrument has basic parameters, you can add details to each premise/group of premises after premises creation in the Rent Roll grid. To learn more on Rent Roll grid items, please read the Rent Roll Interface - Description article.
1. Click + Add New Premises button on the Rent Roll tab menu.
2. In the opened window you can decide on:
- Add - choose the number of premises you'd like to add.
- Building - choose the building where new premises are located.
- Floor - choose the floor where new premises are located.
- Use - choose the use type for created premises. For 2 and more premises you can set a unique use type for each premise in the preview section, or set a single use type for all premises.
- Area - indicate the area (in sq m) for created premises.
3. Click the Create button at the bottom of Add New Premises window.
You can duplicate one or more premises in the current rent roll by clicking + Duplicate button on the Rent Roll tab menu.
You can delete one or more premises by clicking - Delete button on the Rent Roll tab menu.
