This article describes Rent Roll Interface to help you quickly get acquainted with Rent Roll tab basics.
- + Add New Premises - to add a new premise to the rent roll table. Learn more on how to Add New Premises.
- + Duplicate - duplicate one or more premises in the current rent roll.
- - Delete Item - delete one or more selected premises from the rent roll.
- Import from Excel - to fill the rent roll table with the data from the selected Excel file. To learn more on how to do import via Import Wizard please read Import Wizard - Import Data from Excel article.
- Excel Import Template - to download and open the default ModelTree excel template of rent roll. The structure of the rent roll in the default template is the same as in the rent roll tab.
- Export - to export the rent roll table to an Excel file.
- Color Rows - apply the selected color scheme to premises (becomes visible in the calculation screen (bottom part of the Rent Roll tab) or in Excel Export).
- Ungroup - to ungroup all grouped items.
- Expand All - expand all collapsed groups.
- Collapse All - to collapse all expanded groups.
- Clear All Filters - clean all applied view filters and return to the default rent roll view.
- Add/Remove Columns - this button opens a column chooser where you can select/unselect data fields you make visible and editable in a rent roll table.
- Search - type and press Enter to search the whole rent roll and apply the filter. For example, if you type LEASED - ModelTree selects and show you all premises with LEASED status. Type Tenant name - ModelTree select all Lease Agreements with that tenant.
