Creating distribution
On Transactions-page, click + New Transaction-button and from the dropdown menu click Distribution.
Enter distribution details in the dialog that opens.
- Booking Date
- Amount
- Payment Date
- Type
- Contact Person for Invoicing
- Notice Letter Message (optional)
Attached decision documents to the distribution if you wish (optional).
Fundy calculates the distribution amounts to each investor. Calculation logic depends whether the fund is Open End or Closed End fund.
You can manually edit investor distribution amounts if needed.
NOTE: If you want to combine more drawdowns or distributions and net them
to create a single distribution (payment) or single drawdown (invoice),
see help about this in section Merge several drawdowns/distributions.
Finally, click Create Transaction-button at the bottom of dialog.
Confirming distribution
If Fundy is set to require distribution confirmation by other user (4-eye principle), then other user must confirm the created distribution or otherwise the distribution won't be processed by Fundy.
On Transactions-page, click the distribution that shall be confirmed to its details.
Click Unconfirmed-icon and from the menu that opens, click Confirm Transaction-button.
If you do not want to confirm the distribution, you can delete it instead from the Delete Transaction-button.
