Get Investor Notice Letters

Fundy generates notice letters (Excel, pdf, email) to each investor after you have created
a drawdown, distribution or fee-transaction.

 

Go to Transactions-page and click the transaction on the transaction-list to see its details.

Download notice letters of all investors that participated in the transaction. Or download notice letter of just one investor.

If you download notice letters of all investors, you will get a zip-package that contains the notice letter files.

Notice letters can be downloaded to:

  • Excel
  • Pdf
  • Email

Excel-letter opens an Excel-file where further editing can be made.

Pdf-letter opens a pdf-file which you can directly send to investor.

You can also open ready email message which contains the pdf-notice letter in its attachment.

NOTE: Above email is just a default template of Fundy. Fundy email template is configurable and should be configured to your company layout (logo, font, color, texts).
