Create asset

Create assets on Assets-page by clicking the + New Asset-button.

From the dropdown menu, select which kind of asset you want to create:

  • Direct Real Estate
  • Real Estate Fund
  • Cash

 

Direct Real Estate

Create a real estate asset by adding Direct Real Estate asset from the dropdown.

Real Estate Fund

Create asset which is another fund (i.e. your fund is a fund-of-funds) by adding Real Estate Fund asset from the dropdown.

Cash

Create asset which represents any other asset or liability (for example a bank account, receivable or payable) by adding Cash asset from the dropdown.
